Obituary for Francis E. "Fritz" Henry
Francis E. “Fritz” Henry, 70, husband of Rosemary (Scheetz) Henry, of Red Hill, passed away, Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at his home.
Born in Sellersville, he was a son of the late Herman A. and Rachael A. (Yerger) Henry.
He was a 1966 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School and became a self-employed carpenter, owning and operating Francis Henry Carpentry, retiring in 2010.
Fritz was a sharp-shooter in the United States Army during Vietnam, receiving a Purple Heart and two Bronze Stars with V Device.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time.
Surviving along with his wife are his two children, Stacy A., wife of Terence Jorgensen and Christopher M. Henry and wife, Christine; two step-children, Luke Millard and companion Karen McGlynn and Molli, wife of William Geppert III; four grandchildren, Bradly Dierolf, Kayla Jorgensen, Hunter Henry and Chase Henry; two step-grandchildren, William Geppert IV and Marlee Geppert; one brother, Richard Henry and wife, Kathleen; and two sisters, Linda, wife of Peter Frank and Susan, widow of Michael Quigley.
